 New adult referee membership in the Delta Region.
If you choose NOT to use the Electronic Signature Option, the on-line system will produce a manual Waiver & Release of Liability you'll need to sign & send to the Region office (with your registration fee) to complete registration.
 Background Screening Consent Form (required every two years--the on-line system keeps up with this.)
You may pay your membership fees on-line. Otherwise, send fee to: Delta Region Volleyball, 1102 Laurelwood Court, Jonesboro, AR 72401. The Delta Region requires adult officials who will work junior matches to undergo background screening every two years. $20 membership fee plus $17.50 background screening fee (if required) must be submitted to the Region Office.
Note: Adult Referees must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. |
